Ever wish you were able to access your peaceful inner center when you needed it most? You can! However, selecting a mindfulness practice that works for you can sometimes be overwhelming. Clear up some of the confusion at this workshop aimed at exploring ways you can begin to let go of the stress and "noise" of daily life through breathing and meditation. Put several breathing exercises and a variety of guided meditations into practice, and leave with several additional ideas you can try at home. BYOP (Bring your own pillow).
