One first step to begin to alleviate all of those unwelcome symptoms is to tune inward to find your inner peaceful center and to learn how to fuel it.
Join Terri as she outlines some simple, mindful relaxation techniques to locate your inner center and holistic ways you can fuel it with peace. Knowing from experience that there is no "one" way that works for everyone, she will share some of her most tried and true practices. While one workshop will likely not eliminate stress and overwhelm from your life, it can give you a variety of tools you can use to move towards a healthier, more positive, balanced YOU.
