Mindful Mandala Workshop

Creating a mandala is more than just drawing something pretty, it is a mindful creative practice that helps bring peace of mind and a sense of balance into your life. If you keep your concentration on the center of your mandala while drawing, it will give your mind an anchor point, allowing you to release your racing thoughts and/or negative self-talk. Come learn the process of how to make your mandalas, then choose to try it on paper or on rocks – and let your intuition bubble up to help you create your own unique design. There is no right or wrong way, just YOUR way.
