I teach pathways to inner peace, yet for years I lived with internal anxiety and a mean inner critic. Discovering I was a highly sensitive person changed the way I view my natural abilities. reiki Energy HEaling
As an energy intuitive I am able to tune into your colors and read your unique energy make up. Your colors will tell me a story and help me to assess and remove blocks to your energy’s flow, rebalance your chakras, realign you with your inner wisdom, and restore you to a state of wellness from which your own self-healing can begin.
A reiki healing may also induce deep relaxation, relieve emotional stress, restore mental clarity, and restore peace for your mind, body and spirit. Often I will connect with your “team” on the other side to access messages needed to assist you in moving forward.
The session will be conducted virtually from the comfort of your own home. For the first half, you will be asked to relax & settle in while receiving the reiki healing energy. The second half is conducted via zoom to discuss my findings and relay the messages received.

Move with me
I am an online Yoga & GROOVE dance instructor. I host my classes via zoom, so you can do them from your home or anywhere. There are two ways to sign up to move with me.
